The process begins with the user entering their credentials to access the company portal.
Internal Data Upload
Once inside, the system loads internal trip information, enabling users to monitor every delivery status.

Transporter Access via Mobile App
The system generates secure credentials for the transporter, who accesses the mobile app using the trip ID and password provided by the portal.
Evidence Capture
The transporter views the invoices linked to the delivery, selects one, and captures an image of the supporting document. The invoice status changes automatically to confirm evidence has been captured.

Validation & Upload
Users can validate or delete evidence if needed. Once validated, the evidence is uploaded, becoming visible through the portal. The order is then closed unless reactivation is requested by the administrator.

If discrepancies occur, evidence can be reloaded. Updates are immediately reflected in the portal, keeping all records accurate and up to date.
