The law firm realized that, with a large number of case files, it was complicated to manually classify them by case number, case type, court type, and court number. Additionally, assigning each file to the responsible party was challenging, as delivering each file individually was time consuming, and if someone else needed to review it, the file had to be returned, creating delays and inefficiencies.
Solution
After a detailed evaluation of their processes and challenges, it was determined that the best solution was to implement a mobile application.
Its purpose was to simplify the uploading of case files into a single platform, allowing for easy assignment to the responsible party. Additionally, it streamlined the review process, as viewing the files directly through the app prevented them from getting misplaced or mixed up with other documents or case files.
